Initial Design & Build Fee: £400:
What it includes:
Consultation or Questionnaire — We’ll have a quick call or send you a simple questionnaire to gather everything I need for your site.
What I’ll Need From You — Branding preferences, images, contact details, business information (e.g. opening times, USP), and page content.
Build Process — I’ll design and build your website from scratch. Once complete, you’ll be able to preview it online.
Adjustments — You can request changes to the design and content before it goes live.
Domain Connection — I’ll connect the site to your existing domain or purchase a new one for you if needed.
Monthly Maintenance & Hosting — £75/month
What it includes:
Hosting — Fast, secure hosting with regular performance monitoring.
Maintenance — Updates to plugins, security patches, and backups.
Content Updates — Small changes like swapping images, updating text, or adding new details.
Monthly Report — I’ll send you a simple report with key stats such as visitor numbers and page views.
Support — Ongoing help if anything goes wrong or needs improving.
Optional Handover — £100 (one-off)

What You Get — Your website will be converted into a WordPress theme for easier self-management and future design changes. All files and assets will be transferred to you.
How It Works — I’ll provide instructions for installing the site on your own hosting and give you 1 week of email support to help you settle in.
What It Means for You —
You’ll need to arrange and pay for your own hosting.
You’ll be responsible for all updates, backups, and security.
I won’t be providing ongoing support, reports, or content changes.

Domain Access – a quick login via a secure link to connect your existing domain, or I can set up a new one for you
Once I have all the information and materials from you, your new website will be designed, built, and ready to launch within 1 week.
